Nagars of North America

Our community has grown manifold since we started organizing events. We have so many resourceful and enthusiastic professionals. So many families have moved to this area. Many gifted and talented individuals shining out in the society and our community is not aware of them. We need some creativity and motivation to unite. Any organization’s strength is measured by the membership. We have some 150 Life Members, we stopped collecting Annual Membership for several years but have been relying on individual contributions and sponsorship for events. We applaud generous support from many families that has allowed us to carry out our events without straining our funds.

We urge the whole community to step up, pitch in and contribute to make this organization unique, vibrant & useful.

1) First, we need to update our database. Please fill-out census form.

2) Instead of asking for Annual Membership, we urge Donation of $100/- per earning family member. This will put our organization on strong financial position and enable us to carry out our events comfortably and also provide you with tax benefits. We will soon add on-line payment facility on this webpage.

3) NONA as an organization wants to become a part of your family. Please count on us in time of need and joy. It will be ideal to share and celebrate good news in your family by your generous donation. Reasons are endless. May it be a new house, job, new arrival in family, birthday, engagement, anniversary, graduation, award.

4) We invite all resourceful individuals to come forward and volunteer their expertise to make NONA more vibrant. We are anxious to set-up either a conference call or a meeting for exchange of ideas.

Purpose of the Organization

  Network with fellow community members on regular basis.
  Encourage youth participation in community events / give them a stage, opportunities.
  Raise funds to help the less fortunate, help disaster victims, etc.
  Take NONA to a higher level and interact with Indian and non-Indian Associations.
